Le Barbier is a barbershop with two locations: Sant'Anastasia since 1996 and Portici since 2018. The site is a single React page that keeps the two shops apart right up to the booking — each with its own address, hours and channel — and rests booking on WhatsApp and a Google appointment calendar instead of a booking system to maintain.

the problem
Two shops with different hours, numbers and teams on a single site: the real risk is someone booking in the wrong town. It also needed a way to book that a barber could actually handle between two clients — a booking system to learn would have gone unused after the first week.
the approach
No bespoke booking system: booking runs through the tools the shop already uses every day. Each location has its own WhatsApp link with the message pre-written and its own number, so the request lands on the right phone; for anyone who'd rather pick a slot themselves there's a Google appointment calendar. On the page the two shops never blur together: address, hours and contact always travel as a set.

- Booking through pre-filled WhatsApp links, one per location, plus a Google appointment calendar
- Service list split between men's and women's
- BarberShop, Organization and BreadcrumbList structured data, with titles and descriptions written for local search in Portici and Sant'Anastasia
the outcome
The site is live at lebarbier.it. Appointment requests land on WhatsApp at the right shop, with no software in between to update or pay for.
