Studio Dentistico Liberti is a dental practice in Ercolano, near Naples, that has been running for thirty years. The WordPress site is built around the three things a patient checks before choosing a practice — where you are, when you're open, how do I call you — and puts them ahead of everything else, with phone and WhatsApp reachable from every page.

the client
Studio Dentistico Liberti, via Napoli 1, Ercolano (Naples). A dental practice of thirty years, with seven areas of care: prevention, surgery and implantology, orthodontics and gnathology, prosthetics, cosmetic dentistry, aesthetic medicine and advanced diagnostics.
the problem
Someone looking for a dentist isn't reading: they're comparing three practices on a phone, often because something hurts right now. If the address, the hours and the number aren't visible immediately, they move to the next result. On top of that the practice keeps unusual hours — afternoons only, closed on Tuesdays — and getting that wrong means people turning up to a locked door.

the approach
I put address, hours and contacts in the first screen instead of the footer, and kept phone and WhatsApp reachable from every page. Services are grouped into areas a non-specialist can parse rather than listed as procedures: patients search for "braces" and "implant", not for the wording on an estimate.
what I built
- WordPress site across four pages: home, about, services, contact
- Address, hours and contacts block in the first screen and repeated at the foot of the page
- Direct call and WhatsApp as the primary actions, designed for phone use
- Seven areas of care described in the patient's language
- Cookie consent banner with linked privacy and cookie policies

the outcome
The site is live at studiodentisticoliberti.com. Anyone arriving from search finds the address, the opening hours and two ways to contact the practice without scrolling.
